Placement Council (2004-2006)
We cannot refute the scope of management studies because of the sanctity of the word called ‘PLACEMENT”, which cracks the whip and gets the students going. Corporate bliss is what our placement initiatives aim for. Each student is necessarily required to undergo summer training in an organization at the end of the second semester. It enables the students to have a strong foothold in the industry. After the third semester, the students are recruited by the Corporate for Executive Placements through campus selection.
The Placement Council of MGM IMSR consists of the following members:

It manages the entire gamut of activities from
- Planning the placement schedule
- Preparing the placement brochure
- Identifying the skill sets of the students and the industries they want to work in
- Identifying the corporate
- Approaching the corporate for campus interviews
- Arranging the campus interviews
- Managing the response of companies
- Acting as a mediator between the corporate and the students
To sum it up, the Placement Council shoulders the responsibility of bringing together the best of both worlds, by presenting the best brains on a platter, who deliver world- class services to the industry |
